Updated travel plans.
As several items have been sent to the post office a hundred and forty miles south of here just South of Roanoke Virginia. By Monday or Tuesday some important bearings and a backup motor might be there. And some other items as well. So that's my direction, it's not urgent, but that's the direction. I'm feeling a little bit better than I was this morning so I think I'll continue another 14 miles south and stay in the Walmart on the west side of town and hopefully continue on tomorrow morning.

Body and Sol are saying James, slow down for a while man. Okay.
Our plan is to feed the body and rest and repair the sols these next couple of days. There appear to be a relatively high density of fairly close together, 20 or 30 miles apart, places where we can be for the night. And a fairly high density of all you can eat buffets, Asian, Golden Corral. So that's the plan.

But I don't think we're defeated. Maybe the principles are extensible, and the 12 to 2 position needs to be radically shifted toward the body and up. Will require much new muscle retraining, but I think it might be doable.
