“When it became clear to me that Jesus was not biologically white and that white scholars actually lied by not telling people who he really was, I stopped trusting anything they said,” he writes in his posthumous memoir, “Said I Wasn’t Gonna Tell Nobody: The Making of a Black Theologian,” published in October.

Despair and suicide grip survivors. It is estimated that as many Vietnam veterans committed suicide after the war as were killed during it. The...... inhuman qualities drilled into soldiers and Marines in wartime defeat them in peacetime. This is what Homer taught us in The Iliad, the great book on war, and The Odyssey, the great book on the long journey to recovery by professional killers. Many never readjust. They cannot connect again with wives, children, parents, or friends, retreat¬ ing into personal hells of self-destructive anguish and rage. “They program you to have no em
To those that have thought James insane for all his photographs. Turns out his polarizing filter with blurring everything Beyond 4dx, and his camera is 83 x. Yes it has driven him a bit crazy. Duration about 5 months now. Big breakthrough.

"The question is now, how quickly Christian thought will realize that individualism is coming to be an inadequate and antiquated form of social organization which must give place to a higher form of communistic organization, and how thoroughly it will comprehend that this new communism will afford a far nobler social basis for the spiritual temple of Christianity.... Gigantic for me in recent weeks.
* Whose life is it James? Not mine, is my instant internal reply! It is reflexive for me. My life belongs to those that need my help. It is tremendously liberating to bring that question to mind.
* Let go what you can't control James. Let It Go, even your very life or others. Yes, this may be crazy. But when I bring the choice to mind again, reflexively, I want whatever seconds or minutes of life that in my imagination I might have left, free of fear, and full of loving. And I want to model that for others.
* The Pearl worth any price is the soul, even of the Hostile in front of you. It is the piece of pure goodness, love and creation, within us. Nothing is so magnificent and wonderful. See that soul being tortured by their head and flesh. This is quite amazing. Using my imagination when I summon the task to my mind again, reflexively, in my mind's eye in particularly the most cruel creature, I can see an image of a small brutalized Soul inside that person being torture depressed brutalized by their head and flesh. This is so empowering of me.
Reflecting on my personal work this last month or so I've been working hard on being able to prevent my head and flesh from hijacking me in alarming situations. Some devices have been developed by me and practiced before the attacks. And it has helped. Hugs

Will James have help in helping Mom and her boys? Update.
Through tremendous strength and courage on her part, while continuing to tread water supporting her two young teen special needs Sons in a raging Storm mom was able today to outline a plan for the next 3 months, at James encouragement. Month 1 is primarily to attempt to stabilize and remediate her suffering health and to secure in-home assistance to watch her kids so that each week she has time to work on moving her and her kids to a sustainable future if that is even possible. This is the ten thousand foot View. Within the next several weeks James intends to begin liquidating what savings savings he has and month by month for the next 3 months to support this Mom provided that she continues to do her part and that there appears to be any hope for a better future. By the end of month two if we go that far, as she expects we will, he will be pretty well spent. Two individuals so far have indicated their willingness to help. The total amount of funds is expected to be in the neighborhood of $1,200 per month for doctor's visits and medications and 10 hours of in home help each week. The two individuals that have already identified themselves will be contacted at the appropriate time. Hopefully others will want to help. You can message James or email start underscore loving at yahoo.com. for anyone seriously, seriously, seriously interested and ready to commit the plan can be provided.

- "Perhaps the most distinctive characteristic of Christianity down to our own time has been its churchliness. Christian ethics became churchly ethics. An action was good or bad mainly because the Church said so. It was good always if it served the Church, for the cause of the Church was the cause of God. 12 There was no higher exercise of piety than to build churches or endow monasteries. Avarice was refusal to enrich the Church. Charity to the Church covered a multitude of sins. If a king served the cause of the Church, he was a blessed man, though he might betray the cause of his people in doing so. Grego....

The historical basis for the idea was wanting there. The phrase was taken along, just as an emigrant will carry a water-jar with him; but the water from the well of Bethlehem evaporated and it was now used to dip water from the wells of Ephesus or from the Nile and Tiber. The Greek world cherished no such national religious hope as the prophets had ingrained in Jewish thought; on the other hand it was intensely interested in the future life for the individual, and in the ascetic triumph over flesh and matter. Thus the idea which had been the center of Christ’s thought was not at all the center of the Church’s thought, and even the comprehension of his meaning was lost and overlaid. Only some remnants of it persisted in the millennial hope and in the organic conception of the Church. The historical study of our own day has ma
