Everything in it may be correct but the emphasis was disaster oh, well, a really really really unproductive difficult day with very low metrics. At all these things been subordinate to what I think is actually the Holy Grail, keeping 99% of the focus on savouring contributing energy efficiently in a circular manner, roiling manner, every inch of travel, every millimeter of travel, has everything been subordinate to that then maybe it would have been good.
