This has been a frustrating, good, difficult 700 calories so far. Climb up to the Whitney portal.

The fruit of the last few minutes seems especially important. Monumentally important?

James, if you are passing through energy at the upper 3rd of your thighs it is going into the vehicle. If you do not,
it is not. If there are gaps, they are gaps in energy being delivered to the vehicle.

It is surprising to James that what is just mentioned was important but hopefully it is because lessons of recent days have not been as fruitful As had been expected or desired.

Some benefit to applying the notions of embracing viscosity, and quite promising and helpful the notion of 100% energy in the thighs has been helpful.
