SPPDF Day 52-5: after setting up sweating bullets of pain since midnight I am in the emergency room. From all the surgeries and the 52 day fast it appears I have a abdominal obstruction which can be fatal if not treated properly. The week or so after a long hunger strike may be the most dangerous time.
