The Weather Channel said zero chance of rain this morning. It has been raining for the last hour. I have coverings for me and the computer but not for the signs. I'm hoping I have weatherproof them enough that they are not damaged. This is the last day for the next 10 days that Congress is in session. Current reports say that the rain should stop by noon which is the next time Congress is scheduled to walk. And they say zero chance of rain this afternoon.
