Every day I feel like I am drowning in my all day, every waking moments... spending every second to fight the torrent, the flood, the deluge, the ocean of invisibility of the cruel, savage, sadistic, inhumane, barbaric... Terrorisms of Israel / US on my Palestinians. Near literally all day long I read, repost, comment... on the tital wave of daily Naziesque Horrors visited on my Palestinian Family. When weather or health dictate, I do so from the homeless shelter, or a library; when weather and health permit... from in front of the White House, or on Capitol Hill where the congressscum must slither by. But fighting the tidal wave is what I do. I am not complaining. I am drowning. It is a drowning that could take decades to be terminal for me. I may have to break free for a while, not of the struggle, but of fighting this torrent, as I am. For self protection? For personal survival? No. To deepen my study of the situation, to study many of the books I've put off studying for months now, on Islam, Judaism, the history of Judaism and the Hebrew people, the history of Palestine, the history of Zionism, christian (Satanic, Demonic) Zionism.... If you sense a shift in my behavior... is it NOT a shift from Freeing Palestine... but toward trying to become better, stronger, more effective, more powerful... in my attempts.

When I undergo surgery as I did most recently two and a half weeks ago, I anticipate this rapid recovery. The opposite happens. My body demanded another 13 hours of sleep, so far, today. Smh. Depression is highly adaptive. It is nature's mechanism of slowing down the creature so that healing and renewed growth can happen. It is painful. It is distressing. It is frightening. But if it is not wallowed in, not disrespected, it does an amazing amount of wonderful work. I feel my body beginning to rebound and my psychology as well, with huge up-and-down swings.

It saddens me to see that other people’s wishes for the New Year are so different from what so many Palestinians would even consider possible. Why? Feels like what I had about 8 months ago, and a night in the hospital being tested said: 1. you are right to come in with these symptoms; 2. come in again if you have them again; 3. but right now, there is nothing bad going on with your heart. Well, if I don't wake up tomorrow, or sometime, I'm ok with that. Read my blog postings of the last day or so. Every day teaches me that what we've made of the world is more horrible than I realized yesterday. But if I do wake up tomorrow, as I expect to, I'll do the one thing that makes life bearable - devote every breath to the global neediest.

It is very sad to see such young boys brainwashed and controlled by a theory of racial hatred that distorts and blasphemies Judaism. The threats came in the wake of assistance we gave a Palestinian farmer named Fawzi Ibrahim against extremists from the Esh Kodesh outpost who harass him when he tries to work his land. Unfortunately, the security forces rarely allow him to enter his lands and have admitted to restricting him because they lacked the security forces needed to protect him from the extremists of Esh Kodesh. ***** nd. Today a notion has taken me captive, a notion I have not considered centrally for many years. I do not know from whence the idea descended upon me. The idea is that our central work in returning sanity to earth is the spirit that we embody and the spread. That that spirit must be one of loving. It is so long since I have had such a thought I do not know what I will find when I examined my behavior of recent months and its light. But I intend to do so. Of course I will examine the idea itself, as well. But it strikes me as extremely correct. The spirit of our age is frenetic, frantic, inebriated consumption to the point of extinction of all life. I'm wondering if I have ever appreciated the benefits, and maybe the existential necessity, of a deliberately slower life.

Article. New York City police. In their view, their actions are above reproach. Any effort to prevent them from using unnecessary force or stem the killing of suspects is met with fierce defensiveness. The mock-outrage, the publicity stunts and backs being turned, do a disservice to cops around the country who want to do a good job and serve their community with honor. Pretending that cops, regardless of circumstance, should be placed on an alter and any scrutiny is “anti-cop” is pathetic and demeaning. Cops deserve better, Bill de Blasio deserves better, and New Yorkers especially deserve better.
