Canadian National Railway Co. train carrying crude oil and propane exploded near the city of Plaster Rock in New Brunswick, Canada — about 20 miles from the Maine border at about 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

50-60 residents from 45 nearby houses have been evacuated.
