When recently I've reflected on the centrality of "truth" to my attempts at life, I've been reminded that Truth is Central to any success I've had, and to any miracles for which I have been the midwife. Since a young, ignorant child I've believed that always there is Truth to be known, even if unknowable. Since my early twenties when I outgrew a lust for lust / consumption / pleasure I began a lifelong quest to know the truth about that which matters. When I have found an important approximation of the Truth:
- Finding the Truth fires a passion that is awesomely powerful and infectious, though not omnipotent (in my hands atleast);
- Having the Truth is the basis for miracles with a surprising frequency and predictablity;
- For Truth to be seen I (one) must become possessed by / an instrument of / evidence of that Truth for it to be seen by others. This comes at extreme cost and sacrifice.
